When you stay with us, you’ll have many dining options. Choose from our incredible and locally-loved restaurant, Lol-Ha, or the Snack Bar, the Pizzeria, or the Beach Bar. Each has its own vibe and specialties. We can promise you an incredible view and a great meal!
Breakfast: 8 am – 11 am on the Lol-Ha Deck
Snack Bar: 11:30 am – 9 pm, Lol-Ha dinner menu available from 6pm – 9pm
Lol-Ha Veranda Dining: available by reservation for dinner daily 6pm -9pm
Pizzeria: 12 pm – 9 pm

Please note: Hours are subject to change. We recommend making a reservation if you would like to sit on the veranda for dinner. The inside is only used on special occasions and events. The full A la Carte Lol-Ha dinner menu is available daily from 6-10pm either at the Beach bar or the veranda.

Begin your morning with a cup of hot coffee and a savory breakfast overlooking the beautiful Bay of Akumal. Our Lol-Ha breakfast menu offers choices like bacon and eggs, omelets, oatmeal and traditional Mexican breakfasts.
LUNCH & DINNER
Dine in a festive atmosphere with top-of-the-line cuisine and friendly staff at. Dress up or down and treat yourself to a well-deserved meal at Lol-Ha.
ENTERTAINMENT
Soothe your soul with live sax or put on your dancing flip flops as the Sandy Snowbirds encourage you to get up and dance. Dinner is much more than delicious food at Lol-Ha, one of the restaurants in Akumal.
THE BEACH BAR
Lunch at the Palapa Beach Bar
Enjoy lunch right on the beach at the Beach Bar. Come as you are – bathing suit and all – to dine with your toes in the sand. We cater to kids and seafood lovers. We also offer great cocktails and beer options as well as an opportunity to mingle at bar. Meet other visitors or get a table for two. Our casual snack bar has free Wi-Fi and a diverse menu served up quickly. Try authentic local dishes, prepared by hand by our Mayan staff. Enjoy a light salad, seafood dishes or the best burgers in Akumal. A house specialty is the Lol-Ha Burger stuffed with Poblano peppers and cheese, topped with avocado and bacon.
MEAL PLANS
Minimize your out-of-pocket expenses while in Mexico when you purchase a meal plan with us plus take advantage of a 10% discount off the regular menu prices. Simply prepay an estimated amount you decide per day, per person and that amount is deposited as a credit with Lol-Ha. Please make sure you use up all your credit before your departure as refunds are not issued.
ONCE UPON A TIME AT LOL-HA RESTAURANT
35 years ago, Lol-Ha was simply the bar area at the Beach Bar. Laura was the cashier and Dave did purchasing in Cancun. One bartender and one helper rounded out the staff. Over time, they expanded the palapa bar to include a small menu of snacks. They taught their crew to make good hamburgers and fries and their crew taught them to make good cochinita pibil, a classic Mayan dish. As the bar gained popularity, Dave and Laura took over the restaurant next door as well. They named both areas the Lol-Ha Snack Bar and Restaurant.

Romantic Dinner on the Beach
You and your love will dine on the beach with your own private waiter. Choose to order from the Lol-Ha summer menu. The dinner must be booked ahead of time and a deposit is required. Any special requests for the evening to be a more memorable experience are welcome. Announcing Summer Breeze, our most romantic dining right on the beach.
